Interior Vinyl Wrap for Commercial Interiors

3M™ DI-NOC™ architectural finishes for offices, lobbies, elevators, kitchenettes, columns, and reception areas — Venice-based, serving Sarasota, Siesta Key, Osprey, Nokomis, North Port, Englewood and Port Charlotte.

Most commercial interiors don't fail structurally — they just start looking dated. The cabinets in the break room still open and close. The reception desk is solid. The elevator cab works fine. The finish is what tells clients, tenants, and guests the space is tired.

Architectural film lets you change that finish. 3M™ DI-NOC™ is a self-adhering interior finish that 3M describes as usable on walls, columns, doors, and cabinets, including complex curved surfaces, with 900+ patterns in wood, stone, metal, concrete, leather, and solid colors. Applied over a sound, properly prepared surface, it can give existing assets a new look without demolition.

Architectural Wraps Florida connects commercial property teams with Trim My Crib Commercial, a Venice, FL service provider for interior architectural film and cabinet wrapping—start at Trim My Crib Commercial.

What is interior vinyl wrap — and what is DI-NOC?

"Interior vinyl wrap" is the everyday term for applying a thin decorative film to interior surfaces. 3M™ DI-NOC™ Architectural Finishes are 3M's line of architectural films for this purpose. According to 3M's technical data sheet, they are designed for interior applications on metal, wood, interior glass, and complex 3D surfaces, and they use 3M™ Comply™ adhesive technology intended to reduce trapped air during application. A modern alternative to replacement

3M’s March 2024 DI-NOC technical data sheet lists an expected performance life of 12 years for indoor, vertical applications. This is a product expectation, not a warranty or a promise for every installation; actual performance depends on the product, surface, installation, environment and care. Ask for the applicable product and project warranty terms.

Where it works in commercial spaces

Why consider refacing instead of remodeling?

Question Conventional replacement / remodel Architectural film refacing
What happens to existing surfaces? Typically removed and disposed of Sound surfaces are kept and re-covered
Typical site activity Demolition, dust, noise, multiple trades possible Mostly surface prep and film application; less demolition
Can the space stay in use? Often requires closing areas for longer Staged or off-hours work may allow operations to continue, subject to site survey, safety, and property rules
Design range Depends on new material selection 900+ DI-NOC patterns (per 3M)
Cost Varies widely 3M positions DI-NOC as more cost effective than traditional construction materials; your actual comparison depends on scope, surface condition, and pattern — get a written quote

Refacing is not right for every surface. Damaged, delaminating, moisture-affected, or structurally failing substrates need repair or replacement first. See limitations.

How a project runs

  1. Consult — photos or a site walk; what still works and what doesn't.
  2. Specify — physical samples and finish direction before you commit.
  3. Install — sequenced around staff, tenants, or guests.
  4. Walkthrough — edges, seams, and openings reviewed before handover.
